Yes. Every pair is handcrafted, not mass-produced. Small natural variations in grain and texture may occur between pairs — this is a sign of genuine leather, not a flaw.

Keep them away from direct heat, moisture, and prolonged sun exposure. We recommend a leather conditioner every few months and storing them with shoe trees to maintain shape.

We accept returns only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing preference. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.

No — customized and made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any pasting or sole issue within 90 days of delivery will be repaired free of charge, provided it isn't due to misuse.
